This is a challenging course that has been the venue for a Johnny Walker Classic. Its facilities include a driving range, a sauna, Jacuzzis, a swimming pool, and restaurants offering Thai, European and Japanese cuisine. This is a private club.
Bangkok Golf Club
Only half an hour from the centre of Bangkok, the 18-hole, 6,918-yard Bangkok Golf Club course is one of the most popular with locals and expatriates. The green fee for a weekday visitor is 1,400 Baht and the weekend visitor fee is 2,100 Baht. Club facilities include a driving range, a sauna and restaurants serving Thai, European, Japanese and Chinese cuisine.
Bangkpakong Riverside Country Club
The 7140-yard Bangpakong Riverside Country Club is one hour south of Bangkok and features well crafted fairways and a number of water challenges. The green fee for visitors during weekdays is 750 Baht and 1,200 Baht at weekends. Chuan Chuen Golf Club
Located in Pathumthani this 18-hole course was designed by Nick Faldo and is only half an hour north of central Bangkok. The course features trees alongside fairways and scores of bunkers. Dynasty Golf & Country Club
This 18-hole, 6,792-yard course has an excellent design that features a number of lakes. The course has water hazards at the majority of holes. Ekachai Golf & Country Club
This 27-hole, 6,625-yard course is located about one hour from Bangkok and is well-known for water hazards. The course tends to favour accurate players. The weekday green fee for guests is 440 Baht and the weekend fee is 990 Baht. The courses facilities include a driving range, Jacuzzis and restaurants serving Thai, European and Japanese food.
Krisada City Golf Hills
Although flat, this is a very well-kept 18-hole course (6,975 yards) and it remains very enjoyable. The course has been designed with a number of strategically placed water hazards. Green fee for a weekday visitor is 1,000 Baht while weekend visitors pay 1,600 Baht. The club’s facilities include a driving range and restaurants serving Thai and European cuisine.
Krungthep Kreetha Sports Club
This 18-hole, par-72, 6,874-yard course is a private members club (although does accommodate guests) with an excellent layout. The well-maintained course offers a number of challenges with hidden ponds and lakes. The green fee for visitors during weekdays in 1300 Baht and 1900 Baht at weekends. The club’s facilities include driving range, sauna, and restaurants that serve Thai, European and Japanese dishes.
Lam Lukka Country Club
Located east of Don Muang International Airport, Lam Lukka Country Club is a 7,012-yard course with 36 holes and par 72. The course offers wide fairways in carefully shaded surroundings. Players must be accurate to complete this course. Weekdays green fee is 900 Baht for a visitor; 1800 Baht at weekends. The club’s facilities include driving range, swimming pool, and restaurants serving Thai, European and Japanese cuisine.
Navatanee Golf Course
A private club that has previously hosted the World Cup, Navatanee is an 18-hole, 6,902-yard course now available to guests and within the Bangkok city limits. The weekday green fee for guests is 1200 Baht and 2200 Baht at weekends. The club’s facilities include driving range, a swimming pool, a tennis court and restaurants that serve Thai, European and Japanese cuisine.
NCR Country Club Golf & Marina
18-hole, 7,079-yard NCR Country Club Golf & Marina is a challenging course with a lake as a central feature. The course favours accurate players. Panya Park Golf Course
6904-yard Panya Park looks beautiful and is a challenging course that plays well. The course features water hazards that exist on most holes. President Country Club
President Country Club is a 27-hole, 6975-yard course that provides the venue for a number of regional competitions. Rose Garden Golf Club
This 18-hole, 7,085-yard, par 72 course has a very imaginative design with a series of intelligently placed hazards making it a challenge. Green fee for weekday visitors is 700 Baht, and 1300 Baht at weekends. The club’s facilities include driving range, swimming pool, tennis court, and restaurants that serve Thai, European and Japanese Cuisine.
Thai Country Club
This 18-hole, par-72, 7,052-yard course is ’members only’ and a venue which hosted the 1997 Asian Honda Classic tournament. Very luxurious course from the imported grass on the fairway and the classic club facilities managed by the Peninsula Group. Green fee is 1300 Baht during the week, 2000 Baht at weekends. Facilities include driving range, sauna, massage and Jacuzzis. Its restaurants serve Thai, European and Japanese cuisine.
Thanont Golf View & Sports Club
This 18-hole, 7,085-yard course has a truly unique design which will challenge any golfer, whatever their level of experience. The course is surrounded by water and a number of holes are on islands. The Royal Gems Golf & Sports Club
Only a one-hour drive from Bangkok, Royal Gems Golf & Sport Club is a 18-holes, 7155-yard course with a par 72 layout featuring lakes, fairways with a variety of widths, rough, large bunkers, and massive greens. The fees for guests during weekdays are 1,284 Baht and 2,568 Baht at weekends. Laem Chabang International Country Club
Designed by Jack Nicklaus this is one of the best courses in the kingdom. The 27-hole, 6865-yard course offers a range of different terrains and even the most experienced player finds it a challenge. The weekday green fee for visitors is 2500 Baht and the weekend fee is 2500 Baht. Noble Place Golf Resort & Country Club
This 27-hole, 6815-yard course is very cerebral course due to the number of bunkers and hazards. Recognised as being one of the best courses in the area, the clubhouse facilities are superb. Club facilities include driving range and restaurants serving Thai food.
Lanna Golf Club
This is a difficult course set amidst the natural beauty of Chiang Mai near Doi Suthep temple. The course is very well kept and greens are lined with trees favouring the accurate player. Green fee for weekday visitors is 300 Baht and 600 Baht for weekend visitors. Waterford Valley Chiang Rai Golf Resort
The 18-hole, 6961-yard Waterford Valley club is 45 minutes from Chiang Rai city. The course is set in beautiful mountains with fantastic views. This is another 18-hole course designed by Jack Nicklaus. 7046 yards and located on a hill, the course features many classic Nicklaus design hallmarks. Phuket Country Club
Situated in a former tin mine, the 18-hole, 6,484-yard Phuket Country Club courses offers a variety of terrains offering a range of challenges. The weekday and weekend visitor fee is 2,350 Baht. Santiburi Samui Country Club
Situated in northern Koh Samui by the coast, Santiburi Samui Country Club features high and low ground (290 metres above sea level and 30 metres above sea level) providing a major challenge for players. Royal Bangkok Sport Club
Right in the centre of Bangkok, RBSC is known more for horse racing than golf. However, this is a challenging short course (4992 yards) offering 18 holes and par 66. Weekend green fees are 1,900 Baht. Certainly very conveniently situated.
R and Son Scuba Travel Co., Ltd.
This Nonthaburi-based organisation organises a range of diving and snorkelling trips around the kingdom and in countries like Eygpt. Coral Grand Divers, Khao Lak
Coral Grand Divers, Khao Lak is a PADI instruction centre which offers all PADI dive courses from beginner to instructor level. Located on glorious Khao Lak, the centre combines a number of excursions with emphasis on small groups and top quality instruction. This is an excellent place to come to for diving - the natural beauty above water is astounding, yet pales in comparison to the underwater world beneath the surface.
Coral Grand Divers Koh Tao
Located on Koh Tao, Coral Grand Divers is a progressive PADI Gold Palm Instructor development centre offering all PADI dive courses (from beginner to instructor level). The site offers a range of excursions for both novice and experienced divers at all times of the day (including night diving). This is a well-established and well-trusted diving organization able to cater for any level of experience.
Dive the World Thailand
Dive the World Thailand has dealt with all the major Phuket scuba diving operators since 1999. They use only experienced PADI instructors, the latest PADI training materials, and top-of-the range equipment. Searobin Diving Center
Searobin provides PADI professional instructors and dive masters to assure safety and professionalism. Koh Chang Waterworld’s expert and friendly instructors offer the full range of PADI certified courses in several languages. Their fast and comfortable boats reaching dive sites quickly and safely. Their service features custom designed diving including accommodation and point-to-point transportation for the whole family. Koh Chang Divers
Koh Chang Divers was founded in 1995 to promote scuba diving around Koh Chang. Their PADI courses take place in a wonderful surrounding and are held in English or German. Because of the regions monsoon season, they are open only from November through to April. They provide a friendly and professional service and use top quality equipment. Koh Chang provides an ideal setting for excellent diving.
The Legacy Golf Club
This popular 7,073-yard, 18-hole course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and proves challenging for most players. Lakes, island greens and deep bunkers dominate the design. This is a ’members only’ course. Weekday green fees for visitors are 1,750 Baht and 2,500 Baht at weekends. The club’s facilities include driving range, sauna, and restaurants that serve Thai, European and Japanese cuisine.
Blue Sapphire Island and Resort
This 7,000-yard, 18-hole course is located about a sapphire mine and is only accessible by rugged motor vehicle or river. It is tricky to get to but worth the effort. The green fee for weekday visitors is 200 Baht and 300 Baht at weekends. The club has few facilities.
Royal Thai Army Sports Center (West Course)
Although built for the Royal Thai Army, this18-hole, 6924-yard course caters for the general public, too. This is a very popular and busy golf course that requires booking well in advance. Weekday green fees for a visitor are 600 Baht while the weekend fees are 800 Baht. The club’s facilities include a driving range, a swimming pool, and restaurants serving Thai and Japanese food.
Royal Thai Army Sports Center (East Course)
Located next to the original course, the new 18-hole, 6,372-yard Royal Thai Army course is great for beginners as it is straightforward with a limited number of challenges. This course is busy at weekends so book in advance. A weekday visitor fee is 800 Baht while a weekend fee is 1200 Baht. The clubs facilities include a driving range, a swimming pool and restaurants serving Thai and Japanese food.
Royal Thai Air Force Golf Course
The Royal Thai Air Force Golf Course (Dhupatemiya R.T.A.F.G.C) is an 18-hole public course (7,240 yards) located in the middle of Bangkok Airport runways. This flat course is ideal for beginners because it has limited hazards. The weekday green fee for a visitor is 400 Baht while the weekend fee is 600 Baht. The club’s facilities include driving range and a restaurant offering Thai cuisine.

This is a well-established diving organisation.
Easy Divers is a well-established PADI-Five Star IDC-Centre on Koh Samui whose primary concern is safety. Founded in 1987 and run by an international management, the centre offers a full-range of PADI courses in a location with excellent diving conditions - mild currents and 5-to-30 metre visibility. Good for beginners and experienced divers, a dive off Samui beach costs 1,500 Thai Baht.
