The Nana Plaza Entertainment Complex (usually just referred to as ‘Nana’) is a curious construction; as you go through the entrance you move into a courtyard with terraced buildings either side of and in front of you. These buildings are three stories high and house numerous Go-Go bars. It is easy to move from one bar to another, although groups of hostesses often make it more difficult by giving you very strong encouragement to enter certain venues. Most bars serve small bottles of Heineken and local beers at around 100 Baht a bottle. (Worth knowing: there’s a hamburger stall at the entrance to Nana Plaza which offers the best hamburgers you are ever likely to eat! Check them out!)
How to get there: The nearest BTS station is Nana and if you are coming from Siam Square walk down the street in the opposite direction the train is travelling. Nana Plaza is a few hundred metres down Sukhumvit Soi 4 on the left-hand side.
