The ROUTE 97 is Thailand's premier international water sports tourism event, now celebrating its third consecutive year. It boasts the longest paddling distance in Asia, covering an impressive 106 kilometers.
The event aims to establish Thailand as Asia's top water tourism destination, particularly for Stand Up Paddle (SUP) sports. Given that many major manufacturers and leading brands are based in Thailand, the country is perfectly positioned to achieve this goal. The ROUTE 97 welcomes all types of non-motorized watercraft, including kayaks, canoes, surfskis, and others, as it emphasizes low carbon activities to promote environmental sustainability.
