The annual River Kwai Bridge Week and Red Cross Fair 2025 returns in full grandeur to commemorate the historic construction of the “Death Railway” and the “Bridge over the River Kwai.”

This renowned event honors the memories of World War II, promotes historical tourism, and boosts local economic activity while showcasing Kanchanaburi’s cultural heritage to both Thai and international visitors.

• Spectacular Light & Sound Show – “Bridge over the River Kwai: A Legacy of Peace”
  Experience a breathtaking reenactment of history through lights, sounds, and storytelling.
  ▶️ Free admission! There will be 11 shows, accommodating up to 1,200 visitors per round, with headset translation available for foreign guests.
