Samoeng Strawberry Festival 2017

 The 16th Samoeng Strawberry Festival, a fruity and fun event, is scheduled to take place five days from 10-14 February, 2017. The event centres around the Samoeng district Office and will feature a range of activities including a strawberry contest, a strawberries and flowers processions, booths selling sweet examples of the local strawberries as well as other agricultural crops and local products. There will also be sporting games and competitions, a market selling delicious local foods, cultural performances, beauty contests and many other fun activities. Visitors are also encouraged to pay a visit to some of the strawberry plantations around Samoeng district – known as the largest strawberry plantations in Thailand.
