Sakura Viewing Festival 2026 Brings a Taste of Japan to Ayutthaya’s Japanese Village

Get ready for a bright and cheerful February at the Sakura Viewing Festival 2026, held at Japanese Village in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya from 14–22 February 2026.

This special seasonal event invites visitors to enjoy a Japanese-style atmosphere right in Ayutthaya. Stroll through the village and admire blooming sakura trees, then dress up in traditional Japanese outfits for beautiful photo moments among the blossoms—just like being in Japan.

Visitors can also join fun hands-on activities during the festival weekends on 14–15 and 21–22 February 2026, including:

• Kirigami (切り紙) – Traditional Japanese paper-cutting art

• Omamori (お守り) – Create your own handmade Japanese lucky charm

The Japanese Village will also provide mats for visitors to relax on, along with food and drinks available on-site, making it a perfect outing for families, couples, and friends.
