Phuket Thailand Balloon Music Festival 2016

 Venue: Paradise Park Phuket, Phuket The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is providing its support to the Phuket Thailand Balloon Music Festival in Phuket. This is the first event of its kind in the province and will take place from 14-17 of April at Paradise Park. Visitors to the event will not only get the chance to see balloonists from all over the world fly their balloons over the island of Phuket, they will also be able to experience a tethered balloon ride for themselves and reach heights of over 3,000 feet. This will enable them to enjoy an unparalleled view across the island province. The climax of the event will be a an evening light and sound balloon performance with a symphony orchestra accompanying the flight of balloons with music composed by Thai Royalty. Among the other attractions will be a series of performance by Thai musicians and singers including Grand EX, Room39, Instinct, Singto Numchok, Muskateer, Jettsetter and the Yers. Similar successful balloon festivals have been held in Chiang Mai in recent years and it is hoped that the Phuket Balloon Music Festival will become an annual event. The Phuket Thailand Balloon Music Festival 2016 is being held at Phuket’s Paradise part next to the British International School.
