Pai Jazz & Blues Fest 2019

 The 3rd annual Pai Jazz & Blues Fest 2019 takes place from 5 -7 July at Pai District in Mae Hong Son. Organised by HIP Magazine with supported of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Mae Hong Son Office, the event is aimed at strengthening the awareness of Pai as a destination with pleasant climate and friendly locals. While the music selection will follow the same concept as the previous years, this year Pai Jazz & Blues Fest will also present new artists and more locations to enjoy the music. Evening shows will take place simultaneously at scheduled stages. Artist lineup for Pai Jazz & Blues Fest 2019 includes: INDEEDWENEED Jazz-Rock 6 Jul 2019 / 20:00-20:50 @ Belle Villa Resort, Pai This band is made up of students from the Faculty of Music at Silpakorn University and is based at Jazz Happens Bar, Phra Athit Road. They regularly play Jazz-rock music with amazing improvisation, showcased in the 3 albums that they have released. BOY BLUES BAND Blues 7 Jul 2019 / 22:00-23:00 @ Mojo Cafe Pai When talking about blues music in Chiang Mai, Boy Blues and Boy Blues Bar is the name that many people will tell you not to miss. Boy Blues and his well-known blues guitar skills are among the highlights of this year Pai Jazz and Blues Fest 2019. However, aside from his fabulous voice, his musical skills are equally incredible. One of his favourite music genres is Jazz. THE ICE AND EARTH BAND Jump Blues 6 Jul 2019 / 18:20-19:10 @ Belle Villa Resort, Pai The Ice and Earth Band is a band from Chiang Mai that includes both Thai and foreign musicians. They started off playing as a trio in restaurants. Now they have gained two more members and turned to play their own music instead of covers.
