Hair shaving ceremony at Wat Chaeng Sawang (morning of the 13th waxing day of the 6th lunar month); blessing ceremony for the Group of novices (morning of the 13th waxing day); a parade of novices carried by hundreds of elephants from Wat Chaeng Sawang to the ordination area at Wang Talu (afternoon of the 14th waxing day); offerings to ask for forgiveness at Pu Ta Wang Talu Shrine (afternoon of the 14th waxing day); folk art and cultural performances; and the group ordination ceremony at Wat Chaeng Sawang (morning of the 15th waxing day).
