11th Hat Yai Marathon 2017

Venue: Jiranakorn Stadium, Hat Yai, Songkhla The 11th annual Hat Yai Marathon, which celebrates the new reign of King Rama X, will take place on Sunday 28 May, 2017. The event will feature runs in various categories. There will be a 42.195 km. marathon, limited to 700 runners; a 21.1 km half-marathon, limited to 1,000 runners; a 10.5 km mini marathon, limited to 1,800 runners; a 4 k. fun run limited to 2,500 runners, and a 4 km. student fun run, limited to 1,500 runners. The marathons and fun runs will take place in Hat Yai’s Jiranakorn Stadium. Registration for the event is open now and there is space for up to 7,500 runners. The first ten runners in the marathon will receive trophies and cash prizes. The first ten runners in the half marathon will also receive cash prizes. The first five runners in all the fun runs will get commemorate trophies. All participants in the Hat Yai marathon in all categories will receive commemorative medals for passing the finish line. The marathon starts at Jiranakorn Stadium at 03.00 a.m. with the half-marathon beginning at 05.30 a.m. The mini marathon starts at 06.00 a.m. and the 4.0 km.
