Central Park

Central Park, a new landmark retail complex in the heart of Bangkok, is poised to redefine Thailand's retail landscape. Blending a modern, sophisticated design with a relaxing, green environment, Central Park is more than just a mall—it's a destination that aims to elevate Bangkok into a world-class metropolis.

Location and Accessibility

Located at the intersection of Silom and Rama 4 roads, Central Park is situated in Bangkok's Super Core CBD. The complex is easily accessible via both the BTS Skytrain (Sala Daeng Station) and the MRT Subway (Si Lom Station), with a direct skywalk connection for added convenience. The location seamlessly connects four major economic districts: Silom-Sathon, Sukhumvit-Ratchaprasong, Charoenkrung-Riverside, and Yaowarat-Chinatown.

A Landmark for the Future

Central Park's design concept, "Design for the Future with Respect for Legacy," focuses on forward-thinking innovation while honoring the area's rich history. Key highlights include:

  • Rooftop Park: A massive 7-rai (approx. 2.75 acres) green space that connects directly to the adjacent Lumphini Park, creating a combined green area of over 360 rai (142 acres). This rooftop park features a Kids Park, a Pets Park, a 750-meter jogging trail, and an amphitheater for community events, all with a stunning 360-degree skyline view.

  • Culinary Landmark: Central Park is set to become a premier food destination, bringing together over 70 leading restaurants and more than 1,000 menu items. This includes new-to-Thailand brands like Kiwamiya (wagyu steak from Japan) and Super Matcha (premium green tea from Korea), as well as new-concept outlets for popular local restaurants.

  • Sustainability: Designed as a green building with LEED and WELL standards, the complex aims to be a sustainable landmark for generations to come. The building's facade, featuring a "Three Kings" color tone, reflects the legacy of the Dusit area.

  • Shopping & Lifestyle: The mall will host more than 550 brands, many of which are introducing new concepts to Thailand. It will feature top fashion, lifestyle, and tech brands, including Inditex group brands like ZARA, Pull & Bear, Bershka, and OYSHO, which are scheduled to open starting in late 2025.

  • Wellness: Central Park also caters to a health-conscious urban population with beauty clinics and wellness centers.

Who is Central Park for?

Central Park is designed to be a destination for everyone:
