The cooking school provides courses for both novice and experienced cooks. The school's programme offers a 'hands-on' learning methodology and an insight into how to prepare a range of famous dishes, particularly those with a northern flavour like Kaow Soi Kai (Chiang Mai Curry Noodle Soup with Chicken). Other training includes fruit and vegetable carving. In addition, the centre runs trips such as visits to local markets, etc. The training covers 'Traditional Soups and Noodles', 'Freshwater Delicacies', 'Thai Curries' and 'Thai Appetisers'.
