In Bangkok parks do not just refresh the air; they act as an antidote to the hectic (often frantic) lifestyles of the city's inhabitants. Each park really is an oasis of tranquility, gently rejuvenating visitors' spirits as they relax in its natural environment. Fortunately, there are a number of parks dotted around Bangkok. Some of course are very famous - Chattuchak Park is often visited by the multitude of shoppers attending the weekend market, and Suan Laung, deep in the heart of Bangkok's major tourist attractions is a natural destination for visitors.
