Bai Fern Restaurant serves excellent Thai cuisine with a complimentary range of international dishes. Housed in a wooden building with a fresh, natural décor, customers enjoy soft lighting and scrumptious food. Live bands play current favorites in the evening. Not the cheapest restaurant in town, nor one of the more expensive, but certainly one of the best. Within walking distance of the main shopping areas so pretty convenient if you want to miss the mid-day sun! Ok Gai (chicken curry with lemongrass) is particularly good here.

Sunflower Café

Sunflower Café offers an eclectic range of local dishes alongside western and European dishes. Great environment for a meal - comfortable surroundings and friendly staff make for a very pleasant experience. Of course the food is the star of the show - Gy Pat Mit Muanh Muan (chicken and cashew nuts) a particular favorite. A full meal will cost in the 400 Baht range. The restaurant is located near the lake.
