Nongkee Pahuyuth Thai Boxing (Muay Thai) School is managed by Master Pramote Hoimook. Set in very nice surroundings, Master Promote’s training does not just focus on fighting techniques but also provides an insight into the history and tradition of Muay Thai. As is the proper tradition, fighters ‘Wai’ trainers during training sessions – everything here is done by the book! All training staff are fully certified and training costs are around 8,000 Baht a week and 40,000 Baht a month including accommodation. Each trainee is awarded a certificate at the end of a program. There are ‘mirror’ Sit-O Camps in the USA, Mexico and Australia. Master Pramote speaks English. Note: This camp does NOT cater for females.
