Probably the best Indian restaurant on Phuket, Baluchi specializes in Tandoori and curries. Meals are prepared under the supervision of master chefs from New Delhi and the menu features cuisine from northern India and includes Tandoori Chicken, Kebabs, Chicken Tikka, and Nan breads. Thai and European food is also available. The restaurant is located inside the Horizon Beach Resort Hotel. Main meals start at a moderate 150 Baht.

Carte Blanche is a British-owned French restaurant with a wide ranging menu including key Mediterranean dishes. The Chef de Cuisine does not though restrict customers to menu items, and if you have a particular requirement Carte Blanche can cater for it. Good use of local fresh fish (Red Snapper particularly good) and authentic desserts such as Crepe Suzettes. The wine list includes French wines and wines from Australia and other new wine producing regions. Unlike other restaurants of its ilk, Carte Blanche also acts as a pub with live music and Guinness!

Probably the most well-known restaurant on Phuket, Da Maurizio Bar Ristorante is located on its own private beach. Great location and excellent Italian food - Pasta, Wood-fired Pizza and seafood. Extensive Italian wine cellar. Only. Good range of authentic regional cuisine available on the menu at mid-range prices. Strip Loin Steak costs 650 baht and Spaghetti with Seafood at 290 Baht. Good range of beers and spirits available.

Italian fare served in a delightful bistro-style restaurant setting. An extensive menu includes pizza, pasta and meat dishes. Prices start from about 200 Baht. The restaurant has a good selection of wine.

In operation since 1994, this Phuket Restaurant serves wonderful Vietnamese cuisine alongside a complimentary range of Thai dishes. The restaurant offers an excellent standard of food on a menu that includes Shrimp/Pork Spring Rolls and Fried Minced Shrimp on Sugar Cane Roots.  You should try this place if you get the chance.

Part of an international Indian restaurant chain Kwality Indian Cuisine offers authentic Indian cuisine cooked by Indian chefs. Meals can be taken in the air-conditioned restaurant area or the restaurant’s garden. The restaurant offers a good selection of dishes including vegetarian food. Very good value set dishes cost around 250 Baht including beer.
