Although an extraordinarily nice setting, this restaurant does not rely on its décor to impress you – the food is great too! Lemon Grass is a well-established restaurant. The restaurant is in fact an old traditional Thai house and this certainly adds to the ambiance of this excellent Thai restaurant. Painstaking effort has been put into ensuring everything here is authentic, not just the food, but the decorations too. The menu leaves nothing to be desired – all the usual favourites and some house specialities. Prices are not too expensive with dishes coming in at the 200 Baht mark. Well stocked bar with foreign and local beers, wines and spirits.

Sala Thai offers authentic Thai cuisine in serene surroundings which include greenery and lotus ponds. The restaurant features numerous authentic artifacts as decoration and boasts a 13th century Thai-style teak wood pavilion. The blend of traditional Thai food and architectural design is a successful one – this is a genuine event rather than a simple visit to a restaurant for something to eat. The extensive menu boasts regional favourites at prices that will not break the bank. The package is made complete by classical dance performances accompanied by traditional Thai music played on traditional instruments. Superb!
