Trader Vic’s is a very well-known restaurant in Bangkok and serves a blend of cuisines that combined are loosely termed “Polynesian”. The food here is especially good and very suited for the local environment. The menu offers a number of enticingly different dishes, many prepared in the restaurant’s ‘wood oven’. Trader Vic’s has a fully stocked bar and offers an excellent range of cocktails. The restaurant has a regular Sunday Jazz Brunch that should not be missed.
