Irish XChange (formerly Shenanigans) sits right in the heart of the business area. The bar is decked out in a traditional Irish fashion with booths and table seating. The pub has plenty of Irish paraphernalia to provide decoration. Live music including the occasional all Irish band made up of New Zealanders and a Japanese fellow! The Irish XChange has a good sized menu - set lunches and Irish/English pub food. The bar stocks plenty of whiskeys and of course Guinness and Kilkenny alongside local beers. Prices in the middle to high bracket.
This restaurant/pub has a familiar Irish theme –two floors, wooden interior and plenty of ornaments from the Emerald Isle. Probably a bit quieter than some of the other Irish pubs, except when the big screen TV plays the rugby or the football. Good arrange of beers including Guinness, Kilkenny and local beers alongside a good selection of whiskeys and wines. The food is excellent – good portions cooked to perfection. The menu includes Irish staples alongside western dishes like fish and chips and hamburgers. Thai food is also included in the menu. They have a live singer some evenings after 21:00. This is a nice place to sit a chill and step out of the hectic activity of the town centre.
Located at the heart of the action around the Nana intersection, Riley's offers a traditional Irish feel. Burgers cost around 80 Baht, spirits start at 90 Baht. Nice little place to go to and escape Bangkok’s frenetic activity! Nearest BTS station is Nana.
