The Chef de Cuisine does not though restrict customers to menu items, and if you have a particular requirement Carte Blanche can cater for it. Good use of local fresh fish (Red Snapper particularly good) and authentic desserts such as Crepe Suzettes. The wine list includes French wines and wines from Australia and other new wine producing regions. Unlike other restaurants of its ilk, Carte Blanche also acts as a pub with live music and Guinness!

Le Croissant Restaurant & Bakery offers French, European and Thai dishes alongside a variety of breads, pastries, made-to-order sandwiches and freshly baked cakes. Meals are served in their air-conditioned restaurant or on outdoor terraces covered with large umbrellas. As you might expect from a great French restaurant, Le Croissant Restaurant & Bakery has a good selection of cheeses and good French coffee. A good meal will not cost you too much - T-bone Steak and Veal Escallops are in the 200 Baht range. Well worth a visit.
