Learn the art of preparing Thai cuisine at one of Bangkok’s most sophisticated restaurants – Benjarong. Classes run 09:30-12:30 Saturday mornings and are presented by the restaurant’s head chef who shows you how to prepare dishes on the Dusit Thani’s menu. This is very hands-on tuition emphasizing practicality and inventiveness. The course comprises 12 classes and graduates receive a certificate.
