It is possible to get from virtually any place in Thailand to any other place by train both efficiently and cheaply – train fees are extremely reasonable. Overnight buses have sleeping carriages and 1st class carriages have air-conditioning. The food on Thailand’s trains is extremely good and brought directly to where you are sitting! |
