Theme Parks and Shows in Thailand

Thais love theme parks and the ones in Thailand are as good as anything you might get in any other country.

Worth seeing

For many, Thailand is a place of temples, shrines and ancient sites. It is not a place that comes immediately to mind when people think of theme parks and shows. However, Thais are great thrill seekers and the country’s sites are equal to anything you might get in any other country. Of course the main theme parks are in places like Bangkok and Pattaya, but smaller, less sophisticated sites are dotted around the country. The key parks have a variety of themes – Safari Parks showing animals in their natural habitats, man-made beaches, horror, and of course your traditional fun rides and fairs. Thailand also has its own ‘Cultural Theme Park’ Fantasea in Phuket… a peculiar blend of tradition and Los Vegas razzmatazz in a way that could ONLY be done in Thailand! If you are looking for ways of entertaining the kids, and having a great time yourself at the same time, explore Thailand’s theme parks and shows.
