Bangkok Natural Healing provides a range of services all of which are intended to induce well-being and banish ailments, stress and fatigue. The centre offers Tantric meditation classes alongside Kung Fu classes and Chi Gong. As the centres name suggests, the centre’s main feature is natural healing practises where natural energies are harnessed and channelled to balance the body’s energy and induce healing. Reiki (a system of healing where energy is challenged through a practitioner’s hands for treatment of others) and Pranic Healing (an ancient science and art of healing that utilizes life energy to heal the whole physical body) are provided for this purpose and the centre also offers courses in these disciplines.
Details: A variety of courses and sessions are held daily at various times (usually between 10:00 and 22:00). Private courses and sessions can be arranged. Prices are in the 500 Baht an hour range for treatments and tuition.
How to get there: Bangkok Natural Healing is located on Khao San Road, Bangkok’s famous budget travel centre. There are no MRT or BTS stations in the area, although you can take the BTS to Saphan Taksin BTS station and take a boat to Banglumpoo Pier. Getting there by taxi will cost around 80-90 Baht from the city centre – more at peak traffic times. The following buses will get you to Khao San Road:
